Lyric changes in live performances of Michael!

These are found and compiled by me via watching recordings of concerts that have been uploaded online. I've been compiling this list for almost a year as of writing this (19.6.24, in case you're wondering), and it's constantly being added to as I find more recordings. In case you couldn't tell, Michael is my absolute favourite song of all time and for some reason I just really, really enjoy compiling all the lyric changes in live performances of it. This list is practically my pride and joy lol. ALSO! There are a few instances where I was unable to tell what exactly was said during a performance, due to me having crap audio processing (which certainly makes this task easy (sarcasm). It really is a labour of love), and also audio quality being rather low for many uploads of concerts. If you know what's being said in any of these cases, please let me know!

And also... if you know of any lyric changes that HAVEN'T been recorded here, PLEASE tell me!! I'm always eager to add to this list.

Lines like “I’m sexy” typically replaced with “You’re sexy” (also often “You’re all sexy”), other “I” statements are replaced with “you” as well sometimes.
Some words are skipped over during the chorus, presumably to save breath.
“It’s close now” sometimes replaced with “You’re close now”.
At their 2004 Pinkpop performance, “So close now” was replaced with “So pink now”.
The most famous lyric change: Most performances, in the main chorus, the final “So come and dance with me” is replaced with “So come all over me”. (This lyric change can also be seen X-ed out on the official lyric booklet lyrics for Michael ). Sometimes this does not happen, and sometimes it also happens in the first “So come and dance with me” section, although that is less common.
In their first US performance of Michael , the final “So come and dance with me”s of each chorus are replaced with “So break a [unintelligible, sounds like ‘wall’ or ‘hall’] with me”.
Sometimes says “Michael you’re dancing, you’re a beautiful dance-whore” instead of “Michael you’re dancing like a beautiful dance-whore”.
At their 2017 Music for Life performance, he says “This is what I am / Your favourite man” during the main chorus, instead of just “This is what I am / I am a man”.
The above lyric change also occurs in the first chorus of their 2018 TRNSMT festival performance. The main chorus of that performance he says “Spectacular man” however. These lyric changes seem to be more common in more recent performances.
In the earliest recorded performance of Michael (at least that I could find), it is not possible to tell if there are any lyric changes, however it is certainly possible that the change to “Come and dance with me” was included.
At their 2022 Just Like Heaven Fest performance he says either “This is what I am / Yes, such a fine man” or “This is what I am / You’re such a fine man” in the first chorus. (Unable to tell what exactly is said). In the main chorus he sings “This is what I am / I’m an ice-cream man”.
At their 2013 Rock N Heim performance, he says “Because” at the beginning of the main chorus (as in, “Because you’re all that I see [...]”, etc.).
At their 2023 Spancirfest performance, he says “This is what I am / Banana(?) toast man”. This seems to be part of a general trend in more recent performances where he adds a food into the “This is what I am / I am a man” line.
At their 2018 Kyiv performance, he sings “flamboyant man”, as well as saying “You’re all that I need” in the first verse rather than “You’re all that I see ”.
According to Alex’s twitter, he makes up new lyrics for Michael each performance.
At their 2018 Moscow performance, he says yet again “This is what I am / Your favourite man” in the first chorus.
Also at their 2018 Moscow performance, he says before starting the song:

“This is for those of you who like to dance, and I mean ALL of you who like to dance”. Then during the instrumental part before the main chorus, he says “I’m on the dance floor… and nobody should feel afraid to be on that dance floor. Nobody at all. This is a song about uh… two men, dancing on the dance floor. It’s a song about love, and it’s a song about love that should be free. And a song about love that should never be punished”.
This was in reference to the anti-gay laws and policies on the rise in Russia at the time. Not a lyric change per se, but I thought it was sweet :-)

Also in their 2018 Moscow performance, in the build up to the main chorus “So [this is? Couldn’t quite tell] what I want / You’re what I want / So come and dance with me Michael”.
At their 2006 New York performance, he says during the instrumental before the main chorus or the bridge or whatever it’s called (I don’t know music terms okay):

“You know when we wrote this song, we wrote this song after coming from a nightclub one night and uh, there were two friends of ours dancing and they looked beautiful that night. And they looked beautiful that night and they were dancing beautifully that night. And they were two guys dancing together and they were beautiful that night. And the whole point of this song was it doesn’t matter, nothing matters, it doesn’t matter, nothing matters! And [we’re now?], we seem to be in a new age of uh, unenlightenment, well we seem to be in an age where everything seems to matter, where we have to judge everybody else, and well I say, no! It doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter what the fuck you do, alright?”
Again, not a lyric change but I thought it was nice and I wanted to share it.

Sometimes the “Stubble on my sticky lips” line is replaced with “Stubble on my sticky hips ”. Is this a reference to fellatio? A slip of the tongue? Who knows! But it happens. My current theory is that it is deliberate.
At their 13th of April 2018 Fillmore Philadelphia performance, he says in the main chorus “This is what I am / [So follow?] man” (couldn’t tell exactly what he says, it sounds similar to “so follow”).
At their 2023 Musilac festival performance, he sings in the main chorus “This is what I am / [But I’ll make all say?]”. I genuinely cannot tell what he is actually singing, so that is just an approximation of the sounds I hear.
At their 2019 Corona Capital, Mexico performance, he again sings “This is what I am / Your favourite man” as well as later “This is what I am / Fine Scottish man”.
At their 21st of July 2019 Festival Internacional de Benicassim, Spain performance, he says “This is what I am / Dapper(?) man”.
At their 2006 Festival de Viña performance, he says at some (not all) points “Come and dance with me Chile”, referring to the fact they were performing in Chile.
